Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into 6 hamburger patties, keeping them the same size and thickness. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty.
- Grill the patties to your desired doneness over medium heat, using a meat thermometer for accurate cooking:
- For medium-rare, aim for 130-135°F
- For medium, cook to 140-145°F
- For well-done, cook to 160°F
- Serve on hamburger buns with toppings like lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo. Enjoy!
Notes
For juicy burgers, ensure your ground chuck has a fat content of 80/20. Consider adding spices for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
