Recreate the delightful Crumbl experience with these soft, chewy, and chocolate-packed cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until soft and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until fully combined.
- Incorporate the cornstarch, baking soda, and salt into the mixture. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour one cup at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the milk chocolate chips until well distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop out about 1/3 cup of cookie dough for larger cookies or use a medium ice cream scoop for regular-sized cookies, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 10 to 11 minutes for large cookies or 8 minutes for regular-sized cookies, until edges are golden brown and centers are slightly firm.
- Remove cookies from baking sheet and allow to cool before enjoying.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature, or refrigerate in humid climates for up to a week. For long-term storage, freeze for up to 2 months.
