Description

Warm, gooey, and chock-full of chocolate chips, this copycat recipe brings the famous Crumbl cookies to your home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until soft and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Add the cornstarch, baking soda, and salt to the mixture, blending well.
  5. Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix.
  6. Stir in the milk chocolate chips with a spoon until well distributed.
  7. For large cookies, scoop out 1/3 cup of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are slightly firm. Avoid overbaking.
  8. For regular-sized cookies, use a medium ice cream scoop and place the dough on the baking sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes, until edges are just golden and centers are still soft.
  9. Remove from the baking sheet and allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes can help thicken cookies. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.
