Description

A delightful cookie recipe filled with chunks of cream-filled chocolate cookies, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until well-blended.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until the batter is smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a cookie dough forms.
  6. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie, roll into balls, and lightly press down on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers look slightly underbaked.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Don’t overbake for a chewy texture.
