Ingredients
- 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened butter and both sugars until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
