Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and both sugars until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
