Description

Deliciously chewy chocolate chip cookies that bring warmth and comfort, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend into the creamed mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
