Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix these dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
