Ingredients
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional)
- Graham crackers or fresh fruit (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until thick and creamy.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and whipped cream (if using) gently.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with graham crackers or fresh fruit, or chill for an hour for a firmer texture.
