A delightful fusion of chocolate chip cookies and brownies that offers a rich, gooey texture and scrumptious flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie batter and then spread the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to a week. For long-term storage, freeze for up to 2 months.
