A healthy and edible chickpea cookie dough that satisfies your sweet tooth while nourishing your body.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons oat flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prep the chickpeas by draining and rinsing them thoroughly.
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Serve immediately or cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
