A quick and tasty Chicken Ramen Stir Fry combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and savory ramen noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan alongside the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
