Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the unsalted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the brown sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
