Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
