A delicious dessert combining rich chocolate brownies with creamy cheesecake and caramel, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well combined. Pour the brownie batter into the bottom of the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the remaining 2 eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with extra caramel sauce or whipped cream. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream.
