Description

A delicious dessert combining rich chocolate brownies with creamy cheesecake and caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well combined. Pour the brownie batter into the bottom of the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the remaining 2 eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with extra caramel sauce or whipped cream. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream.
