Description

Delicious and flavorful sliders packed with spicy chicken, creamy ranch, and melted cheese, perfect for game day or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 9 pack slider buns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Franks buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Add the bottom halves of the slider buns to the lined baking sheet.
  4. Divide the chicken filling evenly between all the buns. Then, top each with shredded cheese and close with the top halves of the buns.
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns with a pastry brush.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
  7. Cut the sliders and serve immediately with your favorite sides while still hot.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep. Adjust buffalo sauce to suit your heat preference. Let sliders sit after baking for the cheese to set.
