Delicious and flavorful sliders packed with spicy chicken, creamy ranch, and melted cheese, perfect for game day or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 9 pack slider buns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Franks buffalo hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the bottom halves of the slider buns to the lined baking sheet.
- Divide the chicken filling evenly between all the buns. Then, top each with shredded cheese and close with the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns with a pastry brush.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
- Cut the sliders and serve immediately with your favorite sides while still hot.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep. Adjust buffalo sauce to suit your heat preference. Let sliders sit after baking for the cheese to set.
