Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and regular granulated sugar until fluffy and well combined.
- Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant coffee granules, baking soda, and salt. Ensure they are mixed well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring diligently until a dough forms.
- Using a spoon, drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring adequate spacing between them.
