Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup brownie mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, melt the butter.
- Mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon brownie mix in dollops throughout the cookie dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For extra chewy cookies, slightly underbake them and let them cool on the baking sheet.
