Description

Delicious treats that combine the rich, fudgy flavor of brownies with the classic chewiness of cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brownie mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter.
  3. Mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon brownie mix in dollops throughout the cookie dough.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Notes
