Description

Delightful cookies combining creamy Biscoff spread and rich butter, with chocolate chips for an added touch of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, Biscoff spread, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and beat until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  7. Spoon rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden, keeping centers soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
