Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, Biscoff spread, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and beat until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Spoon rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden, keeping centers soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
