Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semisweet and/or milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add salt, vanilla extract, and eggs; beat until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.
