Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, browned
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, then set it aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the browned butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks.
