Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

- Drop dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
- Flatten the dough balls slightly with your hand or a spoon.
