Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges or cubes.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
