Description
Decadent brownies combining chocolate chip cookie dough, Oreo cookies, and fudgy brownie mix for a special treat.
Ingredients
- 1 (17.5 ounce) package chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 (14.3 ounce) package Oreo cookies
- 1 (18.3 ounce) package brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on package
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies directly on top of the cookie dough.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Pour the brownie batter evenly over the Oreo cookies.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.
Notes
For an extra indulgence, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the fridge for up to a week.
