Quick and easy steak bites made in the air fryer, perfect for a hassle-free dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef steak (tenderloin or sirloin)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
- Vegetables for serving (broccoli, carrots, etc.)
Instructions
- Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and soy sauce (if using).
- Add the steak pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables or sides.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for the best sear.
