Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
