Description

A quick and healthy air fryer recipe that results in crispy, tender salmon packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz salmon filets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt (plus more to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 2-3 slices of lemon (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Rub the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika (if using), sea salt, and black pepper onto the flesh of each salmon fillet.
  2. Preheat the air fryer if required.
  3. Spray the air fryer with non-aerosol cooking spray, if desired.
  4. Place the salmon filets skin side down in the air fryer.
  5. Cook at 390°F for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Remove salmon once it flakes easily with a fork and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with lemon slices and your choice of sides.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
