Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into cakes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place the potato cakes in the basket, making sure they don’t touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
