Description

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these air fryer potato cakes are the ultimate comfort food that takes minimal effort to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil spray


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into cakes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  5. Place the potato cakes in the basket, making sure they don’t touch.
