Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
- Lightly coat each chicken breast with olive oil.
- Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through for extra crispiness.
