Description

A quick and easy recipe for crispy, flavorful garlic Parmesan shrimp made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the shrimp are cooked through and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
