A quick and easy recipe for crispy, flavorful garlic Parmesan shrimp made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the shrimp are cooked through and slightly golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
