Description
Delicious and crispy air fryer French fries that are easy to make and healthier than traditional frying.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional: paprika, garlic powder, or other seasonings
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- Toss the potato strips in a bowl with olive oil and your choice of seasonings.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Season with salt before serving and enjoy your healthy fries.
