Description

Delicious and crispy air fryer French fries that are easy to make and healthier than traditional frying.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: paprika, garlic powder, or other seasonings


Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
  2. Soak the potato strips in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  4. Toss the potato strips in a bowl with olive oil and your choice of seasonings.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  6. Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Season with salt before serving and enjoy your healthy fries.
