An easy and quick recipe for making delicious bread in an air fryer, perfect for breakfast or any time.
Ingredients
- 3¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 2 cups buttermilk (or milk plus 2 tbsp lemon juice)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the flour and baking soda. Add the buttermilk and mix until the dough looks shaggy.
- Lightly flour your countertop and gently fold the dough 4-5 times, shaping it into a round loaf.
- Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the loaf in it.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a fluffier loaf, avoid overmixing the dough. Use parchment paper to ensure the bread comes out easily from the air fryer.
