Description

Crispy, spicy, and oh-so-delicious Bang Bang Chicken made effortlessly in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch until fully covered.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place chicken in a single layer. Spray the top with more cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Toss the cooked chicken in the bang bang sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve with rice, veggies, or enjoy as an appetizer.

Notes

Avoid skipping the cornstarch for crispiness and don’t overcrowd the air fryer for best results.
