Description
Crispy, spicy, and oh-so-delicious Bang Bang Chicken made effortlessly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
- Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch until fully covered.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place chicken in a single layer. Spray the top with more cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the bang bang sauce until well coated.
- Serve with rice, veggies, or enjoy as an appetizer.
Notes
Avoid skipping the cornstarch for crispiness and don’t overcrowd the air fryer for best results.
