Creamy, cheesy air fryer au gratin potatoes that are quick to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or your choice)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the potato slices in the air fryer basket.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat with the remaining potato slices, cream mixture, and cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cook in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
Make sure to slice the potatoes thin for even cooking. Preheating the air fryer is crucial for the best results.
