Description

Creamy, cheesy air fryer au gratin potatoes that are quick to prepare and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or your choice)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the potato slices in the air fryer basket.
  4. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  5. Repeat with the remaining potato slices, cream mixture, and cheese.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and cook in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
