Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour to the sugar-butter mixture and mix until well combined.
- Form small portions of the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each cookie ball with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
