Deliciously simple donut bites made with just two ingredients, perfect for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients
- 140 g (1 cup) self-raising flour
- 140 g (5 oz) sweetened Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: Melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the self-raising flour and sweetened Greek yogurt.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Cut the kneaded dough into equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball and punch a hole in the middle.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the donuts in the air fryer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Roll the cooked donut bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free self-raising flour. Additionally, you can use regular yogurt instead of Greek yogurt if needed.
