Description

Deliciously simple donut bites made with just two ingredients, perfect for a quick and easy treat.


Ingredients

  • 140 g (1 cup) self-raising flour
  • 140 g (5 oz) sweetened Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: Melted chocolate for drizzling


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the self-raising flour and sweetened Greek yogurt.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Cut the kneaded dough into equal pieces.
  4. Roll each piece into a ball and punch a hole in the middle.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Place the donuts in the air fryer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  8. Roll the cooked donut bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free self-raising flour. Additionally, you can use regular yogurt instead of Greek yogurt if needed.
